IMPORTANT NOTE!
Some of your payment options described below carry processing fees that will be added to your bill if that method of payment is chosen.  Please note that all such fees are added by your bank or the credit card company and NOT by your District or by Hays Utility South.

By Texas law, Utility Districts cannot absorb the credit card fees or processing fees that are charged by the credit card processor or the bank for each transaction. Unlike commercial retailers, Utility Districts cannot discount water service fees to offset any credit card fees or processing fees.

There are six methods of payments to choose from:

Our online bill-pay feature is available to the customers of participating Utility Districts.

Click here to access your account, or to register for a new account.

You now can edit your profile from your personal account records to receive “Special Email Alerts“. Checking all 3 boxes will generate a special Email to you whenever  your bill is ready to view, your account is past due, or your payment has been received and posted to your account. Checking all 3 will give you a quick “heads up” as to the status of your account.

Once you have established a user name and password, you are able to view your account information and pay your water bill by debit/credit card or electronic check online. Please note that you will be charged a 5% processing fee when paying with a debit/credit card. Also, when paying with an electronic check, you will be charged a $1.00 per transaction fee.

The following Utility Districts DO NOT accept credit card payments. Therefore, if you ARE a customer of one of the following Districts, the “Online Bill-Pay” feature is NOT available at this time.

5. Payment by phone

Payment by phone

Make a one time payment by Debit/Credit Card by calling our Customer Care Department at 281-353-9756. Please note that you will be charged a 5% processing fee when paying with a debit/credit card.

6. Monthly Auto-Pay from your checking account or your credit card

Monthly Auto-Pay from your checking account or your credit card

Set up a monthly Debit from your checking account or from your credit card for payment of your utility bill by contacting our Customer Service Department at 281-353-9756 for details. Please note that your bank charges a $1.00 per transaction fee for providing this service while your credit card company charges a 5% processing fee for this service.
